Police probing reports of car thieves in Stoke Heath

TWO MEN dressed in black balaclavas tried to break into a car while it was parked in The Furrows, Stoke Heath, Bromsgrove.

The incident happened about 1.34am last Wednesday (May 7) and a neighbour contacted the police reporting they had seen the men crouched down by the car carrying with what the caller thought were crowbars.

Officers arrived at the scene within nine minuted but the pair were nowhere to be seen. It ius thought they left on foot.

No damage was caused to the vehicle.
