HUNDREDS of people enjoined the annual Britain's Big Breakfast which was held at Tardebigge Village Hall on Saturday (March 8).
Between 8am and 12midday, meatlovers munched through 750 sausages 135lb of bacon and 660 eggs, along with black pudding, hash browns, toast and tomatoes. The sausage supply even ran out shortly before the end.
Organisers have said the event is the best one ever after £4,142 was taken on the day.
After the expenses of £592 have been removed, it will mean £3,550 will be split between Cancer Research UK and the Primrose Hospice.
Organiser Helen Hirons said: "On behalf of everyone at Bromsgrove Farmers Club I would like to thank everyone who cooked, cleared washed up, and everyone who donated food and services.
"Thankyou to everyone who supported us and donated so generously.
"Hope to see you all next year - put March 7, 2015 in your diary," she added.
