A CELEBRATION of three years of art work across Northfield will be held at the town's library tomorrow (Saturday).
A number of taster sessions will take place at the venue between 11am and 3pm and new arts champion SAMPAD will be introduced during the day, which everyone is welcome to.
At 11am, residents are invited to join the Knitting Circle in the children's section of the library. Those going along can learn how to knit and crochet. It is being run by the Knit and Natter group.
Also at 11am in the community room, visitors can contribute to a collective collage as part of the Longbridge Public Art Project. Rob Hewitt from Redhawk Logistica will take that session until 3pm.
Poetry-lovers can join Spoz in the front room on the ground floor between 11am and 3pm to take to the mic and share their stanzas about Northfield.
And Northfield Arts Forum (NAF) inspired T-shirt decorating with Rose Makamdem will take place in the community room between 11an and 3pm.
Words of Art - poetry based on images of Northfield and NAF - is being hosted by Jacqui Rowe in the community room from 11am to 3pm.
And a display of work done in the district with NAF and IKON over the last three years will also be available to view in the community room between 11am and 3pm.
