MARLBROOK Tip will be discussed at the full meeting of Bromsgrove District Council on Wednesday (February 26) after Labour leader, Coun Luke Mallett, put forward a motion for the agenda.
Speaking about the item he said: “I’d urge councillors of all parties to support a public inquiry to get the answers those we are elected to represent, seek.
“Local residents concerned about this issue can contact their local councillors to ask them to vote for a public inquiry on Wednesday.
“The public clearly has many questions and concerns about the issues past, present and future at the tip.
“This is why I have brought forward this call.”
A Bromsgrove District Council spokesperson confirmed a motion regarding Marlbrook Tip was set to be considered at Wednesday’s council meeting.
