RESIDENTS from several Bromsgrove areas are invited to a community meeting at 7pm on Tuesday (January 21) at NewSong Church, Broad Street.
Those who go along will be able to raise any concerns they have about their local area.
Bromsgrove District Councillors Luke Mallett and Chris Bloore will be joined at the event by PC Barney Kelso and PCSOs Sarah Harvey and Stacey Hegenbarth from the Bromsgrove North and Rural area. That covers Sidemoor, Catshill, Licky End, Blackwell, Marlbrook, Fairfield, Dodford and Bournheath.
PC Kelso said: “We have had many meetings in the past and many of my colleagues no longer have these meetings.
“I feel it’s important more so than ever that the community know who their councillors are and who their local police officer is.”
He added the councillors and himself wanted to make the communities they lived in better and safer places to live in.
The meeting will be informal with tea and coffee served.
