YOUNGSTERS from Rednal Hill Infant School were delighted when a champion racing driver came to see them and even had the school logo put on his car.

Richard Green, whose son Owen goes to Rednal Hill, regularly drives in competitions around the country.

Owen is his dad’s biggest fan and accompanies his dad to every race he competes in.

The car, with the school logo on it, was on display at the recent Autosport Show at Birmingham’s NEC.

A school spokesperson said: “Huge thanks to Owen’s daddy for celebrating our school on his race car.

“We are all very proud.”
