A SOUTH Birmingham singer was one of three artists through to the semi-final after the first heat of Search for a Star 2014 at the Austin Sports and Social Club on Saturday (January 11).
Chloe Miller, who worked entertaining at Park Resorts holiday parks, put it a great singing performance and wowed the judges with her version of the cup song. That entails the artist singing whilst using clapping, a table and a cup as percussion.
Second on the evening was singer Ally Ray and crooner Frank Clarke from Redditch came third. They are also through to the semi-final.
The grand final will take place on April 5.
