Electrical items worth £2,000 stolen in Barnt Green and Wythall

ELECTRICAL items worth more than £2,000 were stolen during burglaries in Barnt Green and Wythall.

A silver Macbook Air with 13ins screen, worth £1,100, and an Apple iPad in a black leather case and a damaged plastic surround, worth £650, were taken from the one property in Barnt Green between 6.30pm and 7pm on Monday (January 20).

The thieves got in through the patio door, causing £1,600 worth of damage to it.

In another burglary, at some point between 8.45am and 6.40pm last Thursday (January 16), raiders entered a property in Houndsfield Grove, Wythall, through the bathroom window.

Once inside, they stole a Sony Playstation, worth £150, an Apple iPad worth £300, a 27-inch Samsung television, and an Eddie Stobart DVD series.

Witnesses or anyone with any information to the Wythall burglary should call DC Steve Pritchett on 101 or DC Adam Pugh on the same number for the Barnt Green one.
