BROMSGROVE'S four-star Holiday Inn hotel has been put up for sale for £3.95million after the company which runs it went into administration.
The 110-room venue was operated by Pederson (Bromsgrove) Ltd under a franchise agreement with InterContinental Hotels Group.
It has now been put on the market by property adviser Christie and Co.
Gavin Wright, Christie and Co's director of hotels, said: “Opportunities such as the Holiday Inn Bromsgrove are limited.
"Situated in the busy Midlands hotel market, close to the main motorway network, this high profile hotel is certain to generate significant interest.”
The property description states: "The Holiday Inn Bromsgrove, with 110 rooms, presents an equally good opportunity to acquire a well-invested, purpose built hotel with extensive leisure, meeting and conference facilities."
