MORE than 700 people went along to Avoncroft's Candlelit Christmas and Craft Fair which took place at the museum on Saturday (December 7).
Among the many attractions available throughout the evening were living history demonstrations of what yuletides were like in Tudor and Victorian times, the Santa Express miniature railway, pony rides, a Victorian magic lantern show, traditional fairground rides and glass bauble blowing demonstrations.
Choirs sang seasonal songs and Christmas carols and bands performed traditional festive music.
The museum's director Simon Carter said: "It was a fantastic evening and we are delighted that we had even more visitors than last year.
"It's getting to be a landmark event in the Bromsgrove pre-Christmas calendar."
