BROMSGROVE’S first pop-up restaurant will be opening for three evenings this month just off the High Street.
Local chefs, Nathan Eades and Grant Hill, are opening ‘Epi’ at The Courtyard Café at 7pm on Thursday, Friday and Saturday (October 24, 25 and 26).
After that the venue will be open for two nights each month.
The pair will be using local products available from around Bromsgrove to serve modern British cuisine with French technique and influences.
They will focus on creating natural flavourings from foraging wild foods.
Mr Eades has said: “I want to prove you don’t need to have a grand space like some big restaurant and when food is good it can be enjoyed wherever you are.”
