A CRASH involving two cars took place at the New Road and A38 junction this evening (Monday).
The two vehicles collided near the traffic lights just after 7pm and one person was taken to Redditch's Alexandra Hopsital as a precautionary measure.
An ambulance on its way back from another medical emergency noticed the incident and a number of calls were placed to West Midlands Ambulance Service.
A rapid response vehicle was also sent to the scene.
A crew from Bromsgrove Fire Station received a call at 7.11pm and attended to make the vehicles safe.
