WHISKY-lovers can try out five malts at the latest event organised by Bromsgrove Multiple Sclerosis charity JAYS.
Those who go along to event, which takes place next Saturday (October 5) at Bromsgrove Sporting FC’s Rousler Club, Victoria Ground, can sample five singles for £15 or five doubles for £25. That also includes tasting notes and nibbles.
This one focuses on Peated malts. Four are from Scotland and one is from America and three of them have won international awards.
The ten-year-olds include a Ledaig, a Benriach Curiositas peated and the Ardbeg.
The other two are the Balcones Brimstone and the 16-year-old Lagavulin.
Tony Turpin, from JAYS, said: “Like Marmite, you love them or hate them, but either way it`s still a great night and we may convert you.”
Places are limited so booking is essential. Those interested should call Tony on 07929 791824 before this Sunday (September 29).
