CASH was taken from a home in Hewell Avenue, Bromsgrove, after thieves gained access to the property between 1am and 6am on Monday (September 30).

They got in through the back door, which is believed to have not been locked, and stole £24 from the dining oom table, along with a handbag from the hallway.

It is thought the raiders then left via the back door.
