A ONCE-in-a-lifetime opportunity to perform at Wembley Stadium is on offer to local singers.
Members of Bromsgrove and Redditch Rock Choir groups are preparing to take part in a unique performance to an expected crowd of 85,000 and are looking for new members to join the already 5,000-strong choir.
The event takes place on October 18, at the Saracens versus Toulouse Heineken Cup match.
There are no auditions and no previous musical experience is necessary.Bromsgrove Rock Choir rehearsals take place at All Saints Church on Burcot Lane on Tuesdays between 8pm and 9.30pm, while Redditch Rock Choir rehearses at Studley Sports Centre on Wednesdays during the same times.
The performance will come after a busy summer for the group which has taken to the stage at a number of events, including the Kidderminster Arts Festival and Redditch's Morton Stanley Festival.
