A CAR boot sale in aid of the Guide Dogs charity is being held at Bromsgrove's Townsend Vets between 9am and 1pm on June 30.
There are 30 spaces available for sellers at £7 each and there will also be a raffle, cake stall and jewellery and cosmetic stall.
A team of six staff members from the vets will be taking part in a challenge in September in Coniston in the Lake District.
Vet Jo Murray, nurses Becci Lynch, Amy Plant and Bex Lunnon, receptionist Fiona Quinn and evening girl Emily Reynolds will hike up the Old Man of Coniston, cycle around Grizedale Forest and kayak on Coniston Water.
There is also a Townsend Next Top Model competition where people can pay £1 to enter their pets into the beauty contest.
With that, the car boot and the Coniston challenges, the staff are hoping to raise £2,500 for the cause.
For more, or to book a place at the car boot, call 01527 831616 or e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org.
