A NORTHFIELD girl has put her good looks to good use by raising cash for charities as a beauty pageant contestant.
Charlotte Veitch, 11, is gearing up towards the junior Miss TEEN UK competition in Sutton Coldfield next Friday (April 5) by holding fund-raisers for The Joshua Foundation - a charity which supports children with terminal cancer.
The current Junior Face of Birmingham has also taken part in drives in aid of the Rainbow Child Foundation and his hoping to continue the good work prior to competing in the Midlands heat of the Face of the Globe contest in June.
If she gets through in the Junior category Charlotte will ‘face’ off against girls all over the world at Disneyland Paris in October.
Her mum Ingrid said: “Charlotte is a very bubbly, friendly and down to earth girl and passionate about raising money for the Rainbow Child Foundation and The Joshua Foundation.”
