Hi: 21° Lo:14° 7 day

A NEW community programme of exercise and relaxation sessions is being launched this month at the new health hub in Sidemoor.
New yoga classes are beginning on Wednesday evenings, with Zumba taking place on Tuesday nights. And, from March 18, there are half-price taster sessions to enable residents to go along and try out the classes.
After all that exercise, participants can chill out with half-price aromatherapy and reflexology treatments and there is a stress management course starting on Tuesday (March 12).
For those wanting to get in touch with their creative sides, there are courses in soft furnishings, patchwork and quilting, starting on March 11.
Add to that the Knit and Natter group, stop smoking support and personal development courses and there is something for everyone at the health hub.
For more, call Jane Taylor on 01527 873353 or e-mail jane@epic-se.co.uk.
