AN APPLICATION to build ten three-bedroom houses has been given the go ahead by Bromsgrove District Council's Planning Committee.
The proposals for the development, on the former Nash Works, Nash Lane, was unanimously put through by all ten members at Monday's (March 4) meeting.
John Jarrett, speaking on behalf of the applicant Mr Laurence Wadlow, said the district needed new homes and the brownfields site was perfect for development.
It was supported by Belbroughton Parish Council, with Coun Nick Hartill saying it was a well-designed and well thought out proposal.
