BROMSGROVE actor and comedian Mark Williams is among those to have done a celebrity doodle for National Doodle Day next Friday (February 8).
The 53-year-old, who starred in The Fast Show and played Arthur Weasley in the Harry Potter films, has done the drawing to raise awareness of and funds for the charity Epilepsy Action.
Next Friday (February 8), there is an ebay auction of the celebrity doodles that will run until February 17.
Other stars taking park include Sir Ian McKellen, Joanna Lumley, Gok Wan, Sir Terry Wogan and Mary Berry.
The campaign is aimed at getting as many people as possible across the country to get doodling - residents are also invited to send in their own doodles for the competition to find the best one. They should be done on an A5 sized piece of card, including their name, age, telephone number and address.
The deadline for entries is March 8 and it is suggested participants send in a minimum donation of £1 with each entry.
