RESIDENTS can be taken back to the 1970s at a charity Retro Night organised to raise funds for the historic St John's Church Landmark II appeal.
The evening, at 7.30pm on February 2 at St John's Church Hall, will feature a disco showcasing the sounds of the decade and tastes of the time, including blackforest gateau and Angel Delight, will also be on offer.
With optional fancy-dress, party-goers are encouraged to don those Maxi dresses, cheesecloth shirts and platform shoes and take along the tipple of their choice.
Tickets are £7.50.

The Landmark II appeal was launched to raise funds for a new roof for Bromsgrove's historic St John's Church, which suffered seven lead thefts in just six months, along with a new heating system.
