THE CHANCE to see the National Theatre without leaving the area is on offer this month.
The Magistrate will be showing live at 7pm on Thursday (January 17) at Artrix featuring Tony Award winner John Lithgow in the lead role. The Victorian farce is sure to have audiences doubled up with laughter as Agatha, played with Nancy Carroll, fools magistrate Posket by dropping five years from her age and her son’s. When her deception looks about to be revealed, there are a serious of hilarious indignities and outrageous mishaps.
