TEACHERS from North Bromsgrove High School are the latest to be swept up by Internet sensation 'Gangnam Style' having made a video which has notched up thousands of views online.
The staff took time out after classes to produce the three-and-a-half-minute film which was shown as an interlude piece during the final of the school's annual 'Take the stage' talent competition.
However the video stole the show and has amassed nearly 6,000 hits on YouTube and has even been aired on the 'Gangnam Style News' website dedicated to the Korean pop track which went global last July.
Adam Smith, assistant headteacher at North Bromsgrove High School, said: "It was a bit of fun from the staff - we didn't expect the reaction it has got.
"Its got quite popular on our YouTube channel and went a bit viral in the school. It all went a little bit crazy."
The original Gangnam Style track performed by South Korean artist PSY has topped the charts in more than 30 countries including the UK.
It is YouTube's most watched video with more than 1billion hits turning on to see cheesy dance moves including simulating riding a horse, becoming just as famous as the lyrics.
