BROMSGROVE Bears u16s picked up their fourth successive victory on Sunday night with a 52-47 victory at Gloucester Jets.
Having made a strong start, Bears remained strong throughout the contest, both in attack and defence.
It was a good team display from Bears who continue to impress coach Carys Hall with the hard work they show both in training, and games.
DAWN Hall top scored for the National League side in their 68-58 defeat at Birmingham Mets.
Despite coming up against an experienced Mets side, Bears refused to be phased and some impressive shooting kept them in the contest throughout.
They won the third quarter 22-11 to give them enormous hope of the victory with a four-point lead but Mets hit back in the final quarter to eventually come out on top.
Supporting's Hall impressive points return were Jessica Cooper and Lucy Allen with 16 and 11 points respectively.
THE u15 boys were able to hold their heads high despite falling to defeat against Northants Titans.
Bears, still in their first year together, are facing a number of tough challenges against established sides but their performances continue to improve and the signs look good heading into 2013.
