FESTIVE face-painting, a Santa's grotto and Christmas carol-singing were among the attractions at The TRUNK's annual seasonal fare, which took place last Thursday (December 13).

Funding from Worcestershire County Council helped fund the event, which also explored how Christmas was celebrated around the world.

Some students from South Bromsgrove High School choir performed the carols and volunteers set up a tombola and craft stall.

More than 100 people attended during the three hours and 40 youngsters got to see Santa.

Debbie Roberts, the managing director of EPIC (Empowering People in Communities), which runs The TRUNK, said: "It was really lovely and brought people together perfectly - all in the spirit of Christmas."
