Sentimental jewellery taken in Hollywood burglary

SENTIMENTAL jewellery was stolen from a home in Hollywood.

It is believed thieves broke into the house on Lee Road between 2pm on Wednesday (November 21) and 1.30pm on Monday (November 26).

Police are eager to recover a selection of gold jewellery, some of which belonged to the homeowner's late husband.

Det Con Adam Pugh from Bromsgrove CID said: "We would like to hear from anyone who remembers seeing any suspicious activity around the Lee Road area during the times and dates mentioned."

Witnesses or anyone with information about the burglary should contact Det Con Pugh on 101, quoting incident 97-N-261112, or ring Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
