Hi: 13° Lo:3° 7 day

FIFTEEN early bird swimmers from Northfield Pool and Fitness Centre raised £650 for Children In Need with a sponsored leg-kick relay.
The event saw the swimmers use floats with cuddly Pudsey Bears strapped to them and the group managed to notch up 3.5miles (224 lengths of the 30-metre pool) between them in just an hour.
Staff from Kalamazoo-Reynolds volunteered their services on the poolside to keep count of the lengths.
