TODAY (Friday) marks the 50th anniversary of The Beatles' single Love Me Do and a Fab Four marathon will be held at Bromsgrove's Hop Pole to mark the special occasion.

The Reflections, who raised £2,450 for Arthritis Research UK from their summer gig, will be playing over 30 hits from the Fab Four on the evening.

Among those being performed will be Help, I Feel Fine, Sgt Pepper's Lonely Heart's Club Band, Strawberry Fields Forever and, of course, Love Me Do.

The event starts at 9pm and admission is free.
