BRITISH rock band Karnataka will be visiting Artrix in Bromsgrove as part of their 22-date Forbidden Dreams tour.

Lead singer Hayley Griffiths has made a leap from the Classical and Celtic world as vocalist in Riverdance and Lord of the Dance world tours, to the edgier sound of rock.

She debuted with the band in the early 2012 New Light Tour and also features on their upcoming New Light Live album and DVD release.

The latest tour promises exclusive performances of brand new songs penned by the new line up as well as revisiting the band’s extensive back catalogue.

Featured are award-winning internationally acclaimed musicians who have featured in Classic Rock Magazine, Record Collector and Mojo and have performed alongside artists such as Status Quo and Robert Plant.

The show starts at 8pm on September 23, with tickets costing £15 available from www.artrix.co.uk or by calling the box office on 01527 577330.
