Bromsgrove man is robbed in his own home

A BROMSGROVE man in his 50s was robbed in his own home in broad daylight last Thursday (August 23).

The incident happened at 10.30am in New Road when the raider knocked on the door, forced his way into the property and then threatened the victim, demanding he hand over his wallet and bank details.

The robber was big, white and bald with a strong Irish accent. He was middle-aged and wore dark clothing.

Det Con Ash Kumar urged anyone who witnessed the incident or saw anything suspicious in New Road last Thursday morning, to call him on 101 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
