Hi: 15° Lo:3° 7 day

BLUE badge holders can have their say at a consultation being held in the town a week on Tuesday (June 19) at the Conference Room at Bromsgrove Council House, Burcot Lane.
Among the issues being discussed at the cross-political party scrutiny event, which runs from 3pm to 7pm, will be the accessiblity of parking across the district and the location of spaces.
It is hoped the information and views compiled will help shape the future of blue badge parking in Bromsgrove.
Coun Mike Webb, whose portfolio includes car parking, said: "We carry out scrutiny exercises to make sure our services are meeting the needs of our customers.
"We want blue badge holders from across the district to get involved in this consultation as their views will play an integral part in shaping this service for the future."
Those who are unable to get to the event can obtain a questionnaire on the issue. That will be available from the Customer Service Centre, School Drive, or online at www.bromsgrove.gov.uk from June 18.
