A REDDITCH and Bromsgrove theatre group which is putting on a production of Fawlty Towers in June has been left waiting for its waitress.
And now All and Sundry has contacted The Standard in a bid to find its perfect Polly to take to the stage at Bromsgrove’s Artrix from June 27 to 30.
Previous stage experience is not essential, but would be beneficial to fill the shoes of the character made famous by Connie Booth in the popular BBC sitcom.
Booth co-wrote the series with then husband John Cleese, who also played infamous hotel owner Basil Fawlty.
