BROMSGROVE CC have welcomed three new signings as they bid to enjoy a successful year on the pitch with promotion for the 1st and 2nd XI the aim.
The new season commences on April 7 and Bromsgrove have bolstered their ranks with the addition of Evesham duo George Rhodes and Tom Underhill together with Joel Tratt from West of England Premier League outfit Chard.
Promotion for the 3rd XI last year means they will enjoy two local derbies against Avoncroft in Worcestershire League Division Four whilst the 4ths, with their mix of veterans and promising youngsters, will play in Division Four 2nd XI having also won promotion last time around.
Add to that a full programme of Sunday cricket for two teams in the Worcestershire League and there will be plenty of action to watch at St Godwalds Park from April onwards.
Although the club is in a very healthy position in regards player numbers, new players with the ability to play in the 1sts, 2nds and 3rds are very welcome to go along to outdoor nets which commence on Thursday, or to go the club tomorrow to join in with Cricket Force Day when the preparation of the ground will be in full swing.
