THE NEARLY new sale organised by the Bromsgrove branch of the National Childbirth Trust (NCT) has been hailed a great success after raising more than £700 for the charity.
The event, held at Bromsgrove Methodist Centre, saw almost 600 items, from 50p, sold.
Abbie Cowan, spokesperson for the Bromsgrove NCT, said: "Thanks to a fantastic turn-out, we sold a huge range of items including books, games, outdoor toys, DVDs and nursery equipment."
The next nearly new sale organised by the Bromsgrove branch of the NCT will take place between 10.30am and 12midday on June 16 at Bromsgrove Methodist Centre.
That will feature high quality used children's and babies' clothes, along with toys, books, CDs, DVDs, cots, prams/pushchairs and nursery equipment.
