Man who died in Belbroughton named as Quinton man

THE MAN who died when his car caught fire in Belbroughton has been named as Anthony James Roden, of Quinton.

The incident, involving the 56-year-old, happened at 11.30am last Tuesday (March 14) when the car left road, while it was travelling along the B4188.

It went through a hedge and ended up on fire in a field.

An inquest, which was opened today (Monday), has been adjourned awaiting reports.
