A TAXI driver was robbed in Romsley in the early hours of Sunday morning (January 29).
The incident, involving the Ford Mondeo driver, happened when he picked up two men from Halesowen Bus Station at around 11.40pm on Saturday night (January 28).
They asked him to take them to Romsley and, although they did hand over £10 in advance towards the fare, they did not give a specific address.
They then, at around 12.30am, became aggressive and demanded the money back when they reached Winward Heath Road.
The driver handed the cash over after they threatened him and the pair then fled.
Both were white and around 5ft 9ins tall.
One was of medium build with a square shaped face and clean shaven. He was wearing a baseball cap and grey zip-up jacket and jeans.
The other was of slim build, clean shaven and was wearing grey clothes. He was carrying a box of beer cans.
