STAFF at the Nailers Arms in Bournheath are celebrating after the venue was named as the spring pub of the season by Redditch and Bromsgrove CAMRA (Campaign for Real Ale).
The popular country pub is run by landlord and landlady Phil and Shula Witherford, who will soon be celebrating three years at the Nailers on February 24.
CAMRA praised the former 17th Century nail workshop and brewery for the condition in which it serves its four real ales, its great value food and its beer festivals - the next one of those is on the May bank holiday weekend.
Phil said he was delighted with the award and paid tribute to those who worked there.
"We are very proud of the pub and the staff.
"We make sure it is run well and pride ourselves on providing great beer for our customers, who have given us some fantastic support over the years," he added.
