THERE was plenty of magic for youngster Maisie Ward who won tickets to the Room on the Broom stage show at Birmingham Town Hall after scooping first prize in a colouring competition being run by Worcestershire County's libraries.
As well as the trip to Brimingham Town Hall, Maisie also won a copy of the popular book by Julia Donaldson and Axel Sheffler, the creators of the Gruffalo.
Barbara Trickett, customer advisor at Catshill Library, said: "All the staff thought Maisie's winning picture was excellent and we are delighted the winner was a Catshill Library entry."
Room on the Broom runs at Birmingham Town Hall until January 13.
Shows start every day at either 10.30am and 11am or at 1.30pm.
Tickets, which are £10.50, are available by calling 0121 780 3333.
